Unresolved Issues Must Be Addressed, the European Union Stands by You and the Region, Says Toivo Klaar

The European Union stands alongside Armenia, Azerbaijan, and the wider region. This was stated by the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, in a post on his Twitter account.

“Today, we remember all those who have lost their lives and been injured in more than 30 years of conflict. Unresolved issues must be addressed to allow the peoples of Armenia and Azerbaijan to move forward towards comprehensive and sustainable peace, together. The European Union is by your side and that of the region,” he wrote.
