Car Accident in Kotayk Province: Collision Between KamAZ and Opel Leaves Injured

On November 3, a car accident occurred in Kotayk Province. Around 10:00 AM, at the intersection of Saralanj and M. Mkrtchyan streets in the city of Tsaghkadzor, vehicles driven by local residents collided. A KamAZ truck driven by 54-year-old Garsevan Simonyan crashed into an Opel vehicle driven by 35-year-old Atom Sargsyan.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, two passengers in the Opel, both residents of Kotayk Province—35-year-old Suren Sargsyan and 30-year-old Armen Sargsyan—sustained injuries and were transported to the "Hrazdan" medical center.

Road police from the 2nd battalion, 3rd company quickly arrived at the scene, led by the battalion commander Artur Petrosyan and squad commander Sargs Bagratyan.
