Government Unaware of Phone Conversation Between Nikol Pashinyan and Aliyev

The government is not aware if Nikol Pashinyan has had a recent phone conversation with the President of Azerbaijan.

We recall that Turkish President Erdogan stated yesterday that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev had a discussion with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during which the creation of a '3+3' format in the region was discussed.

On this occasion, 'Pastinfo' requested a comment from the Prime Minister's Office. In response, the head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Prime Minister's Office, Armen Khachatryan, said, 'I do not comment on the Turkish President’s statement; I have no such information.'

When asked for clarification on whether Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a phone conversation with the President of Azerbaijan recently, Armen Khachatryan reiterated that he has no such information.
