"Aside from me, there is another person maintaining a connection with Azerbaijan. Why isn't this being talked about?" Vanetsyan
The leader of the "Honorary Title" faction and former director of the National Security Service, Arthur Vanetsyan, spoke during a CivilNet broadcast about his motivations for being appointed as the director of the National Security Service in 2018, disagreements with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, operational ties with Azerbaijan, defeats in the war, and his activities as an opposition member.
"In my case, I have exclusively maintained that connection with respect to border incidents... Aside from me, another person has maintained an operational connection with Azerbaijan on political matters. Why isn't this being discussed? I know who that person is; I'm not going to say, let them say it themselves. It's a current official," Vanetsyan stated.
