Two Men Arrested During Theft in Noratus
On October 29, at 04:00, operational-investigative measures implemented by the officers of the Gegharkunik Regional Department of Police and the Gavar Division led to the discovery and apprehension of two men aged 44 and 25 at a hotel complex in Noratus while committing theft.
They informed the police that they had entered the hotel complex and attempted to steal the aluminum frames of the building's windows, but did not complete the crime. A report has been received from the victim.
During the preparation of materials, the officers of the Gavar Division of Police found that the men had previously committed thefts. Recently, they had stolen 18 aluminum window frames from the same complex, and in September, from a storage facility adjacent to Noratus, they had stolen electric motors, a welding device, an electric saw, an electric switch, cables, and various tools.
An investigation is underway.
