Tragic Accident in Artsakh: 32-Year-Old Passenger Dies on the Spot

On October 30, around 01:25, a resident of Askeran, born in 1994, lost full control of his Mercedes Benz C200 while driving on the 16th km section of the Stepanakert-Askeran highway. He crashed into an earth embankment and overturned, resulting in injuries that led to his transport to a medical facility. Unfortunately, a passenger, Gagik Bagraty Hambardzumyan, born in 1989, succumbed to injuries at the scene.

This information has been confirmed by the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Artsakh. An investigator from the Territorial Investigation Department of the Artsakh Investigative Committee has already arrived at the scene.

A criminal case has been initiated and is under preliminary investigation based on Article 253, Part 2 of the Artsakh Criminal Code.
