These are important testimonies that will be needed later: Abrahamyan on Pashinyan's responses
Any official, including Nikol Pashinyan, has never been able to speak to me in that tone. This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the "Honorary Title" faction, during a press briefing in the National Assembly, referring to the observation that during the Q&A session with the government, the Prime Minister puts him in a bad position in response to the questions addressed to him.
Abrahamyan noted, “The answers to those questions, if not today, will allow for specific cases to be initiated and hold specific individuals accountable tomorrow. My questions are posed in a different tone, and I am somewhat satisfied with what I am receiving. I believe these are episodes, important testimonies that will be needed later by the Republic of Armenia,” emphasizing that his inquiries had specific purposes.
The lawmaker pointed out that under the current government, there will not be an objective investigation, but we do not live solely for today. The citizens of Armenia need to see the punished officials who are responsible for the grave situation in the country, and the time will come when that will happen. Tigran Abrahamyan believes that today they must create the grounds so that at some point, any official will be held accountable for their actions.
