When Schools and Universities Will Transition to In-Person Learning - Minister

“We are definitely in favor of in-person education, but since we are fighting against the spread of the pandemic, we are trying to cope with our available resources,” said the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Vahram Dumanyan during a Q&A session in the National Assembly regarding issues related to remote learning.

He expressed hope that it would be possible to transition to in-person classes in universities starting November 15. “But since we do not know what will happen on the 15th, we will make a decision depending on the situation. I can say the same about general education schools,” the minister stated.
