Video Released Showing Building Explosion in Tatarstan; Casualties Reported

A video has emerged on social media depicting a gas explosion in a residential building in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan.

It is important to note that there are injured individuals as a result of the incident. Just moments ago, it was reported that one of the citizens rescued from the rubble, a young woman, has died in the hospital.

The explosion has devastated six apartments. Residents of the affected building have temporarily relocated to rooms in a local hotel.
