VIDEO: Incident in Yerevan. Maskless Police Officer Fines Driver for Not Wearing a Mask

Auroranews has obtained footage showing an incident involving a police officer and a driver that took place in Yerevan on Saturday evening.

The videos reveal that the officer who stopped the driver transporting passengers requested the driver’s license and noted that the driver was not wearing a mask.

The driver did not present the documents and demanded an explanation for why he was stopped, questioning what traffic rule he had violated and why the police were not wearing masks themselves.

According to the officer, the driver was not wearing a mask and was also not buckled in. However, the driver insisted that he had his seatbelt on and was recording the incident.

Notably, when the driver mentioned that he was buckled in, the officer retorted that the passenger was not wearing a seatbelt.
