A 70-year-old pensioner, whose apartment reportedly experienced the explosion, has been pulled alive from the rubble in Tatarstan. This information has been reported by Gazeta.ru, referencing the SHOT Telegram channel.

It has been noted that the pensioner "cannot explain anything" regarding the incident. The report highlights that the man suffers from alcoholism and is therefore registered with drug dispensaries.

In addition to the pensioner, a child was also rescued from the rubble after rescuers heard the child's voice. Meanwhile, a woman remains trapped under the debris, calling for help.
