Danibekyan Rejects Recusal Motions

The discussions of the recusal motions presented to the court by the defense in the case of Robert Kocharyan and former Deputy Prime Minister, MP Armen Gevorgyan have concluded at the Yerevan City Court of General Jurisdiction.

Judge Anna Danibekyan, upon returning from the consultation room, announced her decision to reject the recusal motions.

It should be noted that Armen Gevorgyan's lawyer Aleksandr Kochubaev and Robert Kocharyan's lawyer Hovhannes Khudoyan had submitted motions for the judge's recusal.
