No Legal Assessment Given to Arzrun Hovhannisyan's Sensational Statement, Says Arsen Babayan

It has been a considerable amount of time, yet no legal assessment has been provided regarding Arzrun Hovhannisyan's sensational statement and the report of a crime. Arsen Babayan, a member of the board of the 'Homeland' party, wrote about this on his Facebook page.

'Let me remind you, Arzrun specifically said: 'After the war, they would stand and directly tell me: blame the authorities, and you will receive the appropriate financial opportunities. Declare that the authorities sold the lands and say that the war was lost from the very beginning, and you will have no problems at all. We will take care of you, and we will ensure everything for you,' Hovhannisyan had stated.

This statement from Arzrun contains information regarding a crime specified in Article 312.2 of the Criminal Code. Therefore, we can confidently note that Arzrun Hovhannisyan has lied yet again. No one doubts that if such a thing had occurred, this government would have organized a grand show and would have long ago detained the individuals pointed out by Arzrun,' he noted.
