Coronavirus Update as of October 23

As of October 23, at 11:00 AM, there have been a total of 293,014 confirmed cases of coronavirus. Among these, 259,705 individuals have recovered, and 5,975 have resulted in death. Currently, 26,078 patients are receiving treatment for the virus. In total, 1,975,680 tests have been conducted.

Yesterday, 16,888 tests were performed, resulting in 1,962 new confirmed cases of coronavirus. We have reported 1,219 recoveries and 31 deaths. The previous day, there were 8 reported deaths in which the patient had contracted the coronavirus, but the death was caused by another underlying condition. The total number of such cases is 1,256.
