Another 6 Yerevan Kindergartens to be Renovated, According to Mayor Marutyan

Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan announced that agreements have been signed with contracting companies for the renovation of six more kindergartens in the city.

"I want to emphasize that we are renovating the kindergartens, not just carrying out cosmetic or partial works. Key components of the program include seismic stability, energy efficiency, and the comfort of our children," Marutyan stated.

The program is being funded by European institutions and the Yerevan city budget. Marutyan also reminded that last year, 12 kindergartens were renovated, 8 are currently undergoing renovations under the city hall program, and another 8 are being renovated in collaboration with donor organizations. As a result of these new agreements, 6 more kindergartens will be renovated, bringing the total to 34 kindergartens renovated or under renovation.
