Tragic Incident in Yerevan: Man Jumps from Davitashen Bridge

Today, on October 22, a tragic incident occurred in Yerevan. At around 14:50, the Mashtots Police Station and the Davitashen Police Department received a report that a citizen had jumped from the Davitashen Bridge.

According to Shamshyan.com from the scene, rescuers retrieved the body of a man estimated to be around 55-60 years old from a hard-to-access area.

Investigators have initiated a case regarding the incident. A forensic examination has been ordered by the investigator, and the police and investigative department are working to identify the deceased.

Rescuers moved the body on a stretcher to a vehicle for transportation.
