Emergency Incident in Yerevan: Tractor Overturns and Collapses Massive Stone Wall

Today, on October 22, an emergency incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 09:10, the 9-11 crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a report that a tractor had overturned and collapsed a wall near the Armenian Red Cross on Ashtarak Highway.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan from the scene, one firefighting unit from Yerevan’s 7th Fire and Rescue Team promptly arrived at the location.

It was determined that at the site of "Esther Food" company, located at 50/1 Ashtarak Highway, a "GТB" brand tractor, driven by Rafik Khachatryan, overturned during work activities and subsequently crashed into a stone wall, leading to the collapse of approximately 25 square meters of the wall.

The first responders to the driver were employees of the "Esther Food" company. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.
