Information security expert Samvel Martirosyan posted on Facebook: “I am very curious about which media experts this was presented to, and whether they indeed approved this rather strange bill.

P.S. Based on this bill, 'Armenian Time' can easily be regarded as an anonymous source, since the domain registration information is private.”
