Azerbaijan Begins New Military Exercises in Lachin
The Azerbaijani army is conducting military exercises in the occupied Kashatagh region of Artsakh. This was reported by eadaily.com, citing a statement from the country's defense ministry.
It is noted that command-staff exercises are being held with the extensive use of various communication and terrain orientation means. The exercises began today, September 19.
It is reminded that joint Turkish-Azerbaijani exercises were held near Lachin earlier this September. These were the first joint exercises of Turkey and Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone.
