We Are Confident That Arush Arushanyan Will Soon Be Free, Lawyer Says

We are confident that Arush Arushanyan will soon be free, but this cannot be conditioned by the release of Menua Hovsepyan and the former head of the Sisian community. This was stated by lawyer Erik Aleksanyan during a conversation with journalists.

The lawyer informed that the issue of changing the measure of restraint for Arushanyan will be raised soon, following a specific procedural phase. The court session for Arushanyan's case is scheduled for November 5 at the court of general jurisdiction in the Syunik region, and the lawyer believes that on that day there will be an opportunity to examine certain evidence, which will allow them to submit a request regarding the change of the measure of restraint.

The lawyer expressed hope that perhaps on that day Arushanyan will be found free.
