Artsakh's Foreign Minister Visits Russia
From October 6 to 15, the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Davit Babayan, was on a working visit to the Russian Federation.
During his stay in Vladimir, Moscow, Pyatigorsk, and Sochi, the foreign minister held meetings with political, public, and educational representatives of Russia, as well as members of the Armenian community in Russia, its Artsakh segment, and representatives of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
The discussions focused on the current situation in the region, potential developments, prospects for resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the deepening of ties between Artsakh and the Diaspora, and issues related to involving the Armenian community of Russia in the development processes of Artsakh.
