Video: Technical Issues Arise During Pashinyan's Speech

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia delivered a speech during an online meeting of the Eurasian Economic Union's Supreme Economic Council, which was accompanied by technical glitches. While greeting the President of Uzbekistan, Pashinyan's voice was cut off.

The President of Kazakhstan pointed out that the speech was inaudible and requested that the technical issue be rectified. Pashinyan continued his speech, addressing the formation of a common market for gas and electricity among EAEU member countries, but was interrupted again.

The Prime Minister addressed those next to him in Armenian, saying, 'My phone is off,' and apologized to his colleagues moments later.
