41-year-old Driver Crashes Ford Mustang into Electric Pole in Vahagni District, Injured

Today, on October 13, a serious car accident occurred in Yerevan. At approximately 11:40 AM, 41-year-old Artak Petrosyan, a resident of Kotayk Province, lost control of his Ford Mustang with license plate 30 VС 777 on Ashtarak Highway, in front of the Vahagni district, and crashed into an iron electric pole installed in the median strip under still unknown circumstances.

According to photographer Gagik Shamshyan, who is reporting from the scene, the driver was taken to ‘Armenia’ medical center with bodily injuries.

Senior patrol police officers Narek Muradyan and Seyran Aleksanyan from the 1st platoon of the 3rd battalion of the Yerevan police emergency service promptly arrived at the scene.

Representatives of ‘Yerekhagluys’ also arrived quickly, and they are currently undertaking necessary actions to restore the broken electric pole and streetlights.
