Video: Terrorism Prevented in Russia, Explosive Device Components Seized

The Federal Security Service of Russia has prevented a terrorist attack in Karachay-Cherkessia. The attack was being prepared by a resident of Kabardino-Balkaria on the orders of IS militants from the "Islamic State" group.

The security service operatives confiscated explosive components and tools from the suspect in order to assemble a homemade explosive device. Additionally, they found correspondence on the suspect's mobile phone with members of the terrorist IS organization.
