Search Conducted at Notable Hospital: Were Fake Vaccinations Involved? - Hraparak
Following the Prime Minister's orders to arrest and detain individuals involved in fake vaccinations, it has come to light that the National Security Service (NSS) conducted a search at the polyclinic of the "Grigor Lusavorich" Hospital the very next day after a government meeting, discovering fake vaccination certificates. People have been detained, including one of the therapists.
This has been reported by "Hraparak", adding that, according to the data received, the NSS officials, while examining the electronic database, found instances where citizens presented QR codes confirming vaccination while being outside the country. It turned out that they had been "vaccinated" without being in Armenia. Approximately 40 fake certificates were found only in the "Grigor Lusavorich" facility. There is also information that other polyclinics under the jurisdiction of the Yerevan municipality have reported cases of fake certificate issuance. However, it cannot be definitively claimed that the doctors are at fault. Three days have passed, and there has been no official announcement regarding this information. It is not excluded that law enforcement has done everything to demonstrate compliance with Pashinyan's orders, and now they are "concocting" facts.
Is it true that searches are also ongoing at other medical facilities, and what have they discovered? The NSS responds: "Follow the official news feed."
Arman Hovakimyan, the director of the "Saint Grigor Lusavorich" Hospital, stated in an interview with the media that currently there are no detained or arrested employees, and investigations are ongoing. "It is not one doctor, but several doctors who have gone to answer questions and have left. I do not have more information. As a director, I do not interfere, so that there is an impartial, objective investigation," he said.
Hovakimyan mentioned that various rumors are damaging the hospital's business reputation. "What can we do? We have done so many good things, and nevertheless, our reputation has been tarnished in the media. We have learned in the last two to three years to show our results through work. If there are negative aspects, we are sorry, and we correct them."
