Ksenia Sobchak Called for Questioning After Fatal Accident in Sochi
Russian television host Ksenia Sobchak has been called for questioning following a fatal accident in Sochi. According to reports on Telegram channels, the driver of the Mercedes-Benz involved in the accident has been placed under house arrest by the Adler District Court in Sochi.
The driver, identified as Oleg Tsoyin, is accused of violating traffic regulations (Article 264, Part 3 of the Russian Criminal Code). The maximum penalty under this article is five years in prison. The man has admitted his guilt.
The press center of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has announced that all passengers in the Mercedes-Benz have been summoned for questioning. At the time of the accident, Sobchak was accompanied by two members of her team.
