Thieves Break into Home of Lori Regional Administration Employee in Vanadzor

On October 7, around 20:10, the Taron police department in Vanadzor received a report from Nunik Asryan, a 48-year-old resident of Khorenatsi Street, stating that between October 5 at 08:50 and October 7 at 08:40, unknown individuals had entered her apartment on the third floor. After ransacking her home, they stole a significant amount of money from the bedroom.

N. Asryan informed the police and investigators that approximately $4,000, 106,000 Russian rubles, 50 euros, and about 150,000 Armenian drams were taken from her.

The police and the investigative department are taking necessary operational-search and investigative joint actions to reveal the crime, locate the stolen property, and identify the perpetrator or perpetrators responsible for the act.

According to reports from G. Shamshyan, N. Asryan mentioned that she works as the head of the financial-economic department of the socio-economic development division of the Lori Regional Administration.

Materials are being prepared in the Lori Regional Investigative Department of Armenia’s Investigative Committee regarding the residential burglary that occurred in Lori.
