Artsakh Police Release Photos of Civilian Casualty from Enemy Sniper Fire

A civilian has been killed by the gunfire of an Azerbaijani Armed Forces sniper in Martakert. The Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs has provided details of the incident, releasing photographs.

"The civilian who sustained a deadly gunshot wound from an Azerbaijani Armed Forces sniper is 55-year-old Aram Tephnanc of Martakert city. The incident occurred at noon in a field adjacent to Martakert city. Law enforcement agencies conducted an external examination of the scene and the body. A forensic examination of the body has been ordered. A criminal case has been initiated, and an investigation is underway. The Artsakh Investigative Committee is handling the case."
