Shooting in Minnesota Leaves One Dead and Dozens Injured

“Dozens of people have dialed 911 and desperately requested help after more than a dozen individuals sustained gunshot wounds at a café in Saint Paul on Sunday morning, with one person being wounded fatally,” reads a statement released by local authorities.
