Collision Between Mercedes and Opel Results in Injury

Today, on October 8, an accident occurred in the Ararat region. At approximately 12:40 PM, a collision took place in the central square of Masis city between an Opel vehicle driven by 29-year-old Torgom P. and a Mercedes vehicle driven by 64-year-old Edik K., both residents of the Ararat region.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, Edik K. was taken to the "Masis" medical center with bodily injuries as a result of the accident. The doctors of Masis hospital acted promptly.

Officers from the 1st platoon of the 2nd battalion of the traffic police swiftly arrived at the scene, led by battalion commander Grigor Poghosyan and platoon commander Karapet Harutyunyan. The investigative work at the scene was directed by investigator Armen Gabrielyan, who is preparing materials regarding the incident.
