VIDEO: I have not heard that state borders are determined by the Territorial Division Law, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration

Have you heard the accusations that supposedly the state borders of Armenia, including those with Azerbaijan, are described in the Territorial Division Law? Do you agree with this view, or do you believe that the issue of the state border could not be discussed by this law? This question was directed at Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration Vache Terteryan by Artsvik Minasyan, the secretary of the 'Armenia' faction in the National Assembly.

Vache Terteryan stated that he has been actively working in this area since 1996 and has not heard any justification that borders are determined by the Territorial Division Law. 'No one has said such a thing. At least in my memory, there is no such thing,' the deputy minister noted.
