It doesn’t take an economist to notice the obvious illegalities. The armed intrusion of masked individuals, intimidation, and inspections at the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine, and then suddenly the shareholders of the combine "generously" "donate" 15% of the company’s shares to the Prime Minister's Office. This was stated by human rights advocate Avetik Ishkhanyan on his Facebook page.

“This is blatant corruption. It doesn’t take an economist to see the obvious illegalities. It is known that depending on the country's economic situation, as well as political changes, sometimes the state can fully or partially nationalize various enterprises. However, this process is only realized by law. So what is happening in today’s 'corruption-free' Armenia? The armed intrusion of masked individuals, intimidation, and inspections at the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine, and then suddenly the shareholders of the combine 'generously' 'donate' 15% of the company’s shares to the Prime Minister's Office. Attention! Not by law, but 'by goodwill', not to the state, but to the Prime Minister's Office, which is not clear whether it is a physical or legal entity and whether it can engage in business or not. Meanwhile, some anti-corruption structure is being 'elected' in Armenia, and certain 'law enforcement' bodies are functioning. Of course, these are pocket organizations of the Prime Minister, led by their dwarf leaders.

So what do various civil society organizations that fought against corruption think? Excuse me, they were 'fighting'...
