The letter stated: 'In response to your inquiry dated September 24, 2021, we inform you that on September 23 of this year, a business charter flight was conducted by the Turkish airline “VIZYON HAVACILIK” using a CESSNA CITATION XLS aircraft on the route Ankara-Yerevan-Bodrum. We also inform you that no passengers were transported to Yerevan on this flight, while two foreign nationals were transported from Yerevan.'
