A Rebellion Is Brewing in State and Private Institutions: "Hraparak"

"Hraparak" newspaper reports: A rebellion is brewing in state and private institutions against the authorities, caused by the Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan or her infamous decision which has created additional financial issues for employees due to the negligent work of various government departments.

Initially, information was circulated that starting from October 1, inspections would begin with the help of the regulatory body, demanding registration logs, vaccination certificates, and negative PCR test results no older than 72 hours, with immediate penalties for those who do not comply.

However, it later became clear that the legal requirement had been misinterpreted—the obligation to show test results arises only after October 14. Nevertheless, by the end of September, thousands of employees had already undergone tests, paying between 7,000 and 15,000 drams, and are now waiting for the government to find a solution and compensate for their losses. Some legal experts argue that mandatory testing should have been free, funded by the state.

Meanwhile, they have applied to the administrative court and the Constitutional Court, and it is possible that the court will suspend the implementation of this order until a final decision is made.
