Video: Driver in Russia Hits 9-Year-Old Child and Woman, Leaving Her Dead and Child in Serious Condition
In the city of Syktyvkar, Russia, a 52-year-old driver struck a 9-year-old child crossing the street under a green light, lost control of the vehicle, veered off the pavement and hit a woman. The driver then collided with a Volkswagen.
According to reports from РИА, the injured woman has died, and the child is in serious condition in the hospital. The driver of the Volkswagen was also injured in the incident.
