Video: The One Who Calls the Army Defeated is a Double Traitor, Defeated is the Incompetent Government - Seyran Ohanyan

The former Minister of Defense of Armenia, Hero of Artsakh, and leader of the "Armenia" faction in the National Assembly, Seyran Ohanyan, issued a video message on the first anniversary of the Artsakh 44-day war.

"The one who calls the army defeated is a double traitor; it is the incompetent government that has been defeated. The Armenian army and the Armenian people have never been defeated by the adversary in the Artsakh liberation struggle," said Ohanyan.
