Waiter Stabs Customer in Kapan

On September 23rd, at 09:15, the Kapan police department received a report from the hospital that a 37-year-old resident of Ddmashen village had been admitted with a diagnosis of "stab-wound to the upper third of the left thigh." The police department reports that due to operational-search measures taken by the investigative officers of the Kapan police department, it was established that around 02:00 on September 23rd, during a dispute near one of the restaurant complexes in Kapan, a 30-year-old waiter stabbed the 37-year-old man, causing bodily harm.

Thanks to the explanatory work of the police, the 30-year-old man presented himself to the Kapan police department and provided a confession. An investigation is underway.
