Even in Peaceful Conditions, the Natural Right to Live Continues to be Violated, Says Araik Harutyunyan to Vladimir Putin

Armenian President Araik Harutyunyan has sent a condolence telegram to Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding the tragedy that occurred on September 20 at the Perm State National Research University.

The condolence message states: "Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, on behalf of the people and authorities of the Republic of Artsakh, and personally on my own behalf, I express my deepest condolences regarding the tragedy that took place on September 20 at the Perm State National Research University, which resulted in innocent victims and injuries. It is regrettable to acknowledge that even in peaceful conditions, the natural right of human beings to live continues to be severely and irrevocably violated. Once again, I extend my condolences to you, the people of Russia, and the relatives of the victims. With deep respect, Araik Harutyunyan, President of the Republic of Artsakh."
