It Is Known Who Organized the Shooting at Perm University

A tragic incident has occurred today at the Perm State University in Russia. An unidentified individual began shooting near the entrance of the university. The Ministry of Health has reported that more than 10 people have been injured. According to the report, "the unidentified individual entered the premises of Perm University with a traumatic type of weapon and opened fire on the street around 11 o’clock." Some students and professors have locked themselves in classrooms, while several students have jumped out of windows.

Law enforcement agencies have arrived at the scene, and students are being evacuated.

Later, it was revealed that the shooting was organized by 18-year-old Timur Bekmansoov, who was armed with a Turkish huglu Atrox T pump synthetic 12x76 shotgun.
