COVID-19 Statistics for Today

As of September 20, 2021, there have been 342 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Armenia, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 253,942. According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Republic of Armenia, 12 citizens have died from the virus in the past day, with the total death toll reaching 5,143.

Additionally, the day before, there was one registered case where a patient infected with COVID-19 passed away due to another illness. As of September 20, the total number of such deaths has reached 1,192. In total, 15 individuals died in one day.

The overall death count has now reached 6,335. In the last 24 hours, 490 individuals have recovered, increasing the total number of recoveries to 236,578, while there are currently 11,029 individuals undergoing treatment.

In one day, 4,025 tests were conducted, amounting to a total of 1,655,479 tests conducted to date.
