Will Self-Isolated Putin Participate in Elections? Peskov Responds
Russian President Vladimir Putin will vote in the State Duma elections via the internet. This was announced by his press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
Peskov noted that the Kremlin's press service will inform the public when the head of state makes his choice.
Previously, Putin decided to self-isolate because he had come into contact with a person infected with COVID-19. He also stated that dozens of people in his circle have contracted the coronavirus.
It should be noted that the State Duma elections in Russia have begun and will take place from September 17 to 19.
