We Are Engaged in a Geopolitical Adventure of Fantastic Scale: Vahe Davtyan

Vahe Davtyan, a member of the Political Council of the 'One Armenia' party, made a significant statement. He noted, 'The target is Iran. The goal is to restrain Iran's economic communications. What is happening on the Goris-Kapan highway is nothing but a geostrategic pressure that is currently silent but very rigid and explosive. And this is just the beginning. Already, Iranian drivers are being arrested for 'illegal entry into Azerbaijani territory' on the Goris-Kapan road. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Internal Affairs has stated, 'Appropriate measures will be taken against those drivers in accordance with Azerbaijani legislation.' We are drawn into a geopolitical adventure of fantastic scale from which it is hard to imagine escaping, at least in the foreseeable future.'
