Russia's Ministry of Defense Recognizes the Republic of Artsakh, Causing Hysteria in Azerbaijan

According to a document posted on the official website of the unified information system in the procurement sector, on August 13 of this year, the Ministry of Defense of Russia submitted a request for the provision of services for military barracks and housing funds of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation located in the territory of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh in 2022. The total value of the order amounted to 151,414,088 rubles.

This document provides factual confirmation that the Russian Ministry of Defense recognizes the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, or Artsakh.

Of course, this document has caused hysteria in Azerbaijan, including at the level of President Aliyev's apparatus. One of the websites associated with Aliyev's administration has been spewing venom and hatred against the Russian peacekeepers in Artsakh. More accusations have been leveled against the Russian Ministry of Defense for inaction, lying, and insults.

It seems that Azerbaijan still cannot understand that they will not see Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan.
