Application to Arrest School Principal Rejected Again

The Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court, presided over by Judge Armine Meliksetyan, has once again rejected the investigator's motion to arrest Marine Grisha Malakhyan, the principal of Yerevan's number 122 secondary school, as a measure of restraint. This was announced on his Facebook page by his lawyer Liparit Simonian.

It is recalled that according to the Investigative Committee, the school principal demanded a bribe of $1,500 in her office three years ago for organizing the hiring of a teacher and recognizing them as a winner in the competition.
