Meeting Lasted Over 2 Hours: Kocharian Gives Assignments
Today, a statement was issued from the office of the ‘Armenia’ alliance indicating that on September 14, a gathering of the ‘Armenia’ alliance was held, led by the Alliance leader, the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian.
During the meeting, the ongoing events, the challenges facing the country, and potential solutions were discussed, along with organizational issues related to the alliance's various sectors.
It was also reported that R. Kocharian has "given assignments to increase public activity during this crucial period for the country, to focus public attention on the problems, to enhance work between the Alliance and the public, and to create even more effective organizational units to elevate the quality of the Alliance's activities."
According to Hraparak.am, the meeting took place in the hall of the ‘Congress’ hotel, attended by over a hundred people, and lasted more than two hours, starting at 8 PM. The entire faction of the ‘Armenia’ alliance in the National Assembly, along with individuals included in the first part of the alliance's electoral list, were present.
The meeting was chaired by faction leader Seyran Ohanyan, and several members of parliament, including Aram Vardevanyan, delivered speeches.
Throughout the meeting, Robert Kocharian provided feedback and expressed opinions related to all presentations, proposals, and remarks. Candidates from the alliance’s list who did not secure parliamentary seats suggested being involved in the work of the alliance, leveraging their potential, and becoming more active in the political arena. Several specific proposals were presented, which received unanimous approval and are set to be implemented in the near future.
