Defense Minister Unable to Travel to Dushanbe Due to Aircraft Malfunction

Due to the malfunction of the aircraft, Armenia's Defense Minister Arshak Karapetyan has been unable to travel to Dushanbe to participate in the joint meeting of the foreign ministers, defense ministers, and secretaries of the Security Councils of the CSTO member states, as reported by the Ministry of Defense’s press service in a conversation with Aysor.am's correspondent.

It is noteworthy that the malfunction of the aircraft also prevented Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan from attending the meeting.

The Russian Foreign Ministry released a photograph from the meeting of the CSTO foreign ministers, defense ministers, and secretaries of the Security Councils held in Dushanbe, which clearly shows that both Armenia's Foreign Minister and Defense Minister did not participate.
