Is it not that very administration that has brazenly 'established' itself on Armenia's Goris-Kapan road? - Iranologist
The Telegram channel of the Iran-Armenia Chamber of Commerce has disseminated a document stating that Azerbaijani bandits, located on Armenian territory, charged an Iranian truck driver 221 manats (approximately 130 US dollars). This information was shared on Facebook by Vardan Voskanian, head of the Iranian Studies Department at Yerevan State University and a member of the 'Fatherland' Party, who also published the document.
He specifically noted, 'One of the Telegram channels of Baku's propaganda machine allegedly refuted this information, claiming as the sole argument that the document was issued by the Southern Regional Customs Administration of Azerbaijan. Indeed, that is true, but the question arises: is it not that very administration that has brazenly 'established' itself on Armenia's Goris-Kapan road?'
