VIDEO: Commemoration Ceremony for September 11 Terror Attack Victims Starts in New York

The commemoration ceremony for the victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks has begun in New York. During the ceremony, the names of the 2,983 victims of the attacks will be read aloud.

The site where the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center stood until September 11, 2001, is now a memorial featuring a black marble reflecting pool from which water flows, with the names of the victims engraved along its edges.
