During an event in Turkey, President Erdoğan struck a young boy's head as he prematurely cut a ribbon during the opening of a tunnel. The child, along with several others, was standing at the front line next to the president. However, the adult proceedings quickly bored the boy, who reached out, hoping for the scissors to be used sooner rather than later to wrap up the event.
