BHK Will Not Participate in the Local Government Elections on October 17: Arman Abovyan
BHK will not participate in the local government elections on October 17. Former BHK MP Arman Abovyan stated this in an interview with Factsinfo.
“There have been very active discussions in BHK these days regarding participation in the local government elections, and it has been decided that we do not find it appropriate to participate in the elections on the 17th. I would like to emphasize that at this stage, this only concerns the elections on October 17; we will provide additional information regarding other matters later,” said Arman Abovyan, adding that discussions about participation are ongoing.
It should be noted that by the Government's decision, local government elections will take place on October 17 in the communities of Goris, Meghri, Tatev, and Tegh in the Syunik Province, in the Dilijan community of the Tavush Province, and in the Gyumri community of the Shirak Province.
